Jeremy Sills will be bringing his healing music, crystal bowls, drumming and harmonic overtoning to each evening. The vibration of sound and color will bring us into perfect harmony as a group and allow individuals to express their own authentic voice from the heart, to restore the sound connection within our own consciousness.

We also welcome, MarJoli, "I Am Joy" artist, teacher and photographer who will be bringing the vibration, temperature and color of sound to the canvas during the kirtan with everyone invited to join in. She will create 2 canvas paintings, and both will be given away in a raffle at the end of the evening. Tickets for the raffle are $5 each.

We will co-create together with voice, instruments, art and movement to create a sacred space in the flow of the moment. Anyone is welcome to join with instruments, voice, dance, or art to create a space for healing and celebration!

BLISSFUL KIRTAN Sunday 10 JAN

BLISSFUL KIRTAN
Honour Your Self! Celebrate Your Self!

HAPPY NEW YEAR Dear Friends!!!

Let us resolve to make 2010 a year in which to strengthen our Bhakti Yoga practice with love and sincerity, support each other in our understanding and spiritual growth, and in the process, help make the world a better place.
It has been our great joy and privilege to facilitate the Blissful Kirtans, in order to provide more opportunities for group worship through devotional chanting, and we sincerely hope that you will continue coming regularly to bask in the divine bliss of this sacred practice! We thank everyone who participated in the Blissful Kirtan series last year, and added their beautiful energies, voices and musical instruments to the chanting circles.
We look forward to welcoming you again and are delighted to present the first half of our 2010 schedule. It is a work in progress, so please mark your calendars with the following dates and plan on joining us whenever you can. We will keep you apprised of additional kirtans as they are confirmed. To better serve devotees of Ottawa east, we are making some kirtans accessible at an Orleans location. All gatherings are held from 6:30 - 8 p.m., unless otherwise specified, and are free activities, open to everyone. No experience is necessary, and all voices and instruments are welcome. So invite your friends and family members to benefit from the inner peace and joy derived from this simple devotional practice! The sacred mantras and chants honour all spiritual paths and traditions.

BLISSFUL KIRTAN ~ SUN 13 DEC

BLISSFUL KIRTAN
Namaste ~ Salaam ~ Shalom
Benefit from the last opportunity this year to gather with us to chant and praise the many names of the Divine, in celebration of Hanukkah, the advent of the Islamic New Year and of Christmas. During this very auspicious period, let us join with all of humankind in love and compassion, and pray for abundant blessings to be showered upon all of creation.
Together, let us create healing vibrations with our voices and music, and send them with loving intentions to all Souls who are suffering and in need of our support. Let us recognize the Divinity within each other and live in the awareness of the One that is in all and everything.

Visit
http://www.crystaljourney.ca/performances.html for more information and other tour dates.

Tickets are available at the door but its best to reserve ahead of time to ensure seating.

What You Can Expect
The shows will take place in two 40 to 50 minute sets. David's usual set up includes 15-20 quartz crystal bowls, 8-10 Paiste Planet gongs, a vibraphone and an assortment of other tuned percussion instruments. Nothing is amplified, pre-recorded or rehearsed. Each set and performance is sonically pure and unique (visit

We invite you to take a seat or lay down as close to the instruments as possible to get the greatest effect. Remember to bring a yoga matt, blanket and/or pillow as most venues will have floor space to lay down. Chairs for regular seating are also available. Where possible we encourage you to share rides and car pool. It not only saves gas but helps to reduce our carbon foot print on the earth and traffic.
