Join Jeremy Sills and Susan McEwen for an experience of movement, stillness, and sound, as we combine a flowing practice of breath, meditation, and asana with the healing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Following our asana practice, Jeremy will guide us from deep relaxation on and up to sacred song, picking up his guitar and leading us in Kirtan to close the evening. Tapping into the energy of ‘22’, the master builder, Jeremy and Susan offer an intuitively guided class, designed to move us ‘outside the box,’ to build strength, stamina, and Heart space as we Ascend into Summer!
