In combining Sacred Sound with your asanas practice, we invite the body to deepen into each pose as we work up and through the seven sacred chakras along the spine and up into the head. Fully supported by the healing sounds of crysal singing bowls and mantra recitation, this experiential workshop will engage your body on an even deeper level of stillness and bliss. Ananda!Move, stretch, breathe, absorb and release in this deep all levels yoga class (beginners welcome) with healing mantras and crystal singing bowls orchestrated to bring balance to all seven chakras.
