This advanced workshop is for those who have taken the series of chakra meditation workshops offered and are comfortable with exploring more sound, chanting and silence with less explanation and dialogue.

Facilitated by Jeremy Sills, you will have the opportunity to engage your source energy flow through practical and intuitive meditation. This Advanced Session implies that you are ready and willing to explore your innate nature and connection to source energy. Each of the Chakras are worlds unto themselves; and when connected they have the capacity to co-create wholistically with the entire system that is our consciousness.

You will have the opportunity to work through the major theme/issue of your chakra with affirmation, intention setting, vocal toning, and the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Your spirit will guide you back to a place of harmony and gratitude. Whether it is to a place of appreciation and joy, or to a place of grateful understanding for the pain that has been with you, teaching you to be present with what is as you learn to accept yourself for who you are, wherever you think you may be on this journey
