Workshop 2010: Crystal Bowls with Jeremy Sills (guest) Location: Elgin Street Time: 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Cost: $20 per person (plus GST) ~ The 5 elements in sound & movement ~ Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drum, and Voice Beginning in stillness, in silence, introducing the bowls, and inviting the impulse of slow slow slow, breath.....as chimes, and drumming, and melody, we begin to call the soul into carnation....ether, air, fire, water, and earth.....to invite the whole Self into the present moment...giving voice to each element....moving deeper and deeper into the body....sounding the frequencies of the chakras....we then begin to sound our way around the room, with subtle, and gross movements, on the floor, on all fours, standing, swaying, dancing to the Muse, and freeing the creative artist within each of us...
