Dear Kirtaners,
Let your HEART bloom with the June flowers & RELEASE, RELAX & REGENERATE through the creative flow of "Heart Sounds" this Sunday, June 13th from 6:30- 8:00 p.m.

Anamda & Satkiana are guiding this Kirtan with healing sounds, crystal bowls, harmonium, healing Fire & Art. Together we will explore personal movement, creativity and our sacred center. You are welcome to bring an instrument and/or object to play during the art jamming. A selection of art supplies & acoustic instruments will be available to share.

Afterwards, we look forward to sharing this special evening's experience with you over some spiced Tea and yummy Ayurvedic snacks.
