Enjoy a kundalini yoga set followed by 45 minutes of Gong meditation. The gong has been used for thousands of years as an important tool for meditation and healing. It releases blocks, reduces tension, stimulates circulation and clears the subconscious mind. The best way to understand the gong is to experience it. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket/shawl and show up early!
