The ancient Taoists called the breasts "Bells of Love" and cauldrons for cultivating compassion.
We will use healing sounds to release emotional stress held in our body.
When we sing to our breasts we open our hearts to our inner song of beauty and love.
Our Yoni (uterus and vagina) "sings" a song of creation. Our sexual energy in encoded with the wisdom of our primordial blueprint.
We will tone and sing from this palace of internal power to librate fear and grow joy and rejuvenating vitality.
* In this workshop you will be initiated into the sacred art of female sexual energy practices.
* Cultivate your rejuvenating, creative sexual energy with Taoist Meditation and Sensual Qigong.
* Breast Self-Massage and Jade Egg exercises will strengthen you internally, balance hormones and bring out your unique beautiful radiance.
* Beneficial for woment at all stages of their lives, including practices for easing menstruation and menopause.
Bring: yoga mat, cushion. sarong or skirt, light blanket, and a jade egg (for sale at workshop for $40) One can also try out the exercises using an imaginary jade egg.
Minke de Vos teaches spiritual embodiment at Silent Ground Retreats, and is known as a top teacher of Qigong, self-healing and Kundalini Management. She has worked along side of Taoist Master Mantak Chia for over 20 years. She inspires practitioners of all levels to live with loving presence.
